Implementing Cisco Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers (GWGK)

"GWGK" is an ILT advanced course on implementing Cisco Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers in Enterprise or Service Provider environments. Passing the associated GWGK Exam is a requirement for the Cisco Certified Voice Over IP Professional (CCVP) Certification.

Unified Communications Systems Engineer (UCSE)

Certification Track: CCVP
Cisco Unified Communications for System Engineer covers all of the topics necessary for installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in either a stand-alone voice mail or unified messaging environment. UCSE provides best practice information for installation, upgrades, and technical level system set up.

This class is for those new to Cisco Wireless Products.  In this class one will learn the Cisco Aironet wireless LAN product set.  In addition this class also covers the Cisco Aironet Wireless Site Survey Class which is targeted to technical individuals that will be tasked with performing site surveys for Wireless LAN solution implementations.
   

Cisco Unified Wireless Networks (CUWN)

Certification Track: Wireless Support Specialist

CUWN 4.0 is based on lightweight access points, controllers and the advanced feature set. Through this course, you will gain experience planning, deploying and managing enterprise WLANs using the Cisco Unified Wireless Network solution.

CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (CWLMS)

Certification Track: Network Management Specialist
CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 provides network management tools for simplifying the configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco networking devices. A new improved network desktop portal called the CiscoWorks LMS Portal provides new ways of viewing and launching network management functionality with the added flexibility of allowing users the ability to configure and build their own homepage. The CiscoWorks Assistant workflow module brings a diverse set of functions together for quick isolation and troubleshooting of network-related problems. In addition to the new portal and workflow engine, there are many new features that are being introduced in each of the CiscoWorks LMS application areas.
 
*Student payments are due 5 days before the start of class or seats, courseware, and hotel accommodations will not be guaranteed. Any Student not making payment by the Wednesday before the Monday start of class will be sent an email indicating they have been dropped from the class. Payments are NOT refundable if CCPrep.com does not receive notice of cancellation before the Wednesday before class. Students will be allowed to apply payment to a future class with a $250 late change penalty being assessed.
