**We guarantee our students will pass the CCNA Exam and/or all four exams for CCNP® after completing each respective Bootcamp. If a student does not pass the exam(s), CCPrep will pay for that student to take the exam again (up to three attempts total for CCNA, up to ten attempts total for CCNP). Please note that there is a 5 day wait period between exams.  If the student does not pass the exam they have a one year window to use their test attempts which were included with the class tuition.   If the student does not pass the exam(s) after the maximum attempts allowed, the student may sit the class again for free, only having to pay for their expenses. This guarantee is contingent upon the student meeting the pre-requisites of each course. The CCNA prerequisite is a clear understanding of the OSI Model. The CCNP pre-requisite is passing the CCNA Exam. CCPrep does not guarantee the CCIE® exam.
