This certification requires a single certification exam, exam number 640-460.  This exam will be delivered on Friday afternoon of our bootcamp.

CCPrep.com's CCNA Voice Bootcamps are held in our Training facility at 5110 Eisenhower Blvd Suite 360, Tampa, FL 33634 which is directly across from the hotel and students will stay at the Mainsail Suites.  Each student will be provided their own room, which includes a microwave, refrigerator, high speed Internet access, and desk. Students will learn in an environment with the perfect blend of lecture and lab as well as have 24 hour access to the lab equipment.  Included in the tuition are all meals, ground transportation and tests (up to 3 total attempts, exams require a five day  wait period). This class uses the official Cisco Courseware book Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices.  Students will take exam 640-460, which is the latest CCNA Voice Exam.

* Note: If you do not have a clear understanding of the OSI Model, CCPrep.com suggests you purchase the Cisco Press title Interconnection Cisco Network Devices

**We guarantee our students will pass the CCNA Exam and/or all four exams for CCNP® after completing each respective Bootcamp. If a student does not pass the exam(s), CCPrep will pay for that student to take the exam again (up to three attempts total for CCNA, up to ten attempts total for CCNP). Please note that there is a 5 day wait period between exams.  If the student does not pass the exam they have a one year window to use their test attempts which were included with the class tuition.   If the student does not pass the exam(s) after the maximum attempts allowed, the student may sit the class again for free, only having to pay for their expenses. This guarantee is contingent upon the student meeting the pre-requisites of each course. The CCNA prerequisite is a clear understanding of the OSI Model. The CCNP pre-requisite is passing the CCNA Exam. CCPrep does not guarantee the CCIE® exam.
