Course Title: CCPrep.com's CCNA® Voice Bootcamp
Prerequisites: A valid CCNA Certification
Course Length: 10 Days
Class Times: 8:30am – finished
Course Cost: $6295.00 CCNA + CCNA Voice (without Food, Lodging, and Ground Transportation $5495)
Course Cost: $3295.00 CCNA Voice ONLY, the last 5 Days (without Food, Lodging, and Ground Transportation $2695)

The Cisco CCNA Voice Certification verifies individual skills for SMB and Enterprise Branch Job Roles: Voice Administrators, Voice Engineers, Voice Managers as well as voice applications and infrastructure concepts.  It also verifies your capability of performing baseline installations, configuration, and maintenance tasks on Cisco Voice over IP equipment.

This certification requires a single certification exam, exam number 640-460.  This exam will be delivered on Friday afternoon of our bootcamp.

CCPrep.com's CCNA Voice Bootcamps are held in our Training facility at 5110 Eisenhower Blvd Suite 360, Tampa, FL 33634 which is directly across from the hotel and students will stay at the Mainsail Suites.  Each student will be provided their own room, which includes a microwave, refrigerator, high speed Internet access, and desk. Students will learn in an environment with the perfect blend of lecture and lab as well as have 24 hour access to the lab equipment.  Included in the tuition are all meals, ground transportation and tests (up to 2 total attempts, exams require a five day  wait period). This class uses the official Cisco Courseware book Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices.  Students will take exam 640-460, which is the latest CCNA Voice Exam.

Course Description:


This 5-day course provides the student with Unified Communications concepts, component definition and high level designs.This is also the core technology course in the certification path to achieve the CCNA Voice designation. Students will be able implement and configure small to medium sized IP Telephony solutions. UC products covered during labs include the Cisco Unified Communicatons Manager Express / Cisco Unity Express and the UC500 Smart Business Communications System.  

Course Objective:

   
Candidates achieving the CCNA Voice certification should be capable of performing the following tasks:
  • Describe the components of the Cisco Unified Communications Architecture
  • Describe PSTN components and technologies
  • Describe how to interconnect VoIP with service provider networks
  • Implement a UC 500 system using Cisco Configuration Assistant
  • Implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express to support endpoints using Cisco CLI Commands
  • Implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express to connect to service provider networks using CLI commands
  • Implement Cisco Unity Express in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express environment using CLI commands
  • Perform basic maintenance and operations tasks to support UC 500 and Cisco Unified Communications Manager express deployments

**We guarantee our students will pass the CCNA Exam and/or all four exams for CCNP® after completing each respective Bootcamp. If a student does not pass the exam(s), CCPrep will pay for that student to take the exam again (up to 2 attempts total for CCNA, up to 8 attempts total for CCNP). Please note that there is a 5 day wait period between exams.  If the student does not pass the exam they have a one year window to use their test attempts which were included with the class tuition.   If the student does not pass the exam(s) after the maximum attempts allowed, the student may sit the class again for free, only having to pay for their expenses. This guarantee is contingent upon the student meeting the pre-requisites of each course. The CCNA prerequisite is a clear understanding of the OSI Model. The CCNP pre-requisite is passing the CCNA Exam. CCPrep does not guarantee the CCIE® exam.
