Is it true that I am guaranteed to pass the exams? -top- |
|
|
It is true that we guarantee our CCNP® bootcamp students will pass the exam or they can take the class
again for free. This guarantee is contingent upon meeting the prerequisites. Students must have their
CCNA® to be eligible.
What does the guarantee mean? It means that CCPrep.com will do everything within its power to help a
student through the exam. CCNP® Bootcamp students will have up to 8 attempts paid for by CCPrep.com as
well as access to CCPrep.com Fasttracks. Students not receiving their CCNP® during the 14 day bootcamp
will be allowed to attend any future bootcamp on a space available basis. The student will be required
to pay his or her own expenses. Students will also continue to receive support through the CCPrep.com
website via email, phone, or message forums. |
