What is the pass rate of your students?    -top-
Currently, approximately 60% of our students have passed their CCNP® during the 14 day course or immediately following the class.  Those students that pass all the exams on the first try are awarded a special prize.
When and where are the Bootcamps?   -top-
CCPrep.com's CCNP® Bootcamps are currently offered in Tampa, FL. CCPrep.com's CCNP® Bootcamp begins on Monday morning at 8:30am and ends the following Sunday after 5pm. Students should plan to arrive on Sunday before class. Your tuition includes the Sunday night.
Is it true that I am guaranteed to pass the exams?   -top-
It is true that we guarantee our CCNP® bootcamp students will pass the exam or they can take the class again for free. This guarantee is contingent upon meeting the prerequisites. Students must have their CCNA® to be eligible.

What does the guarantee mean? It means that CCPrep.com will do everything within its power to help a student through the exam. CCNP® Bootcamp students will have up to 8 attempts paid for by CCPrep.com as well as access to CCPrep.com Fasttracks. Students not receiving their CCNP® during the 14 day bootcamp will be allowed to attend any future bootcamp on a space available basis. The student will be required to pay his or her own expenses. Students will also continue to receive support through the CCPrep.com website via email, phone, or message forums.
Who will be the Instructors?   -top-

How many students are in each class?   -top-
Classes typically run with 4 to 6 students.  Each student will have the use of his or her own router during class. Because of this limited enrollment some classes may fill quickly, please be patient. Currently Cisco Certified Courses have up to twenty-four students and there are two students per router.
When can students take the exam?   -top-
During the CCNP® bootcamp exams are available every day including Saturday and Sunday. There is a maximum of 8 attempts, although this is very unlikely. Exams are given either in the classroom or at a testing center nearby depending on the host city.
