Cisco Config Uploader:

This program can be used to upload new a new configuration to a Cisco router or change any Cisco configuration parameter via SNMP. One of the most common uses is to reset an unknown Enable or Login password.
Cisco CPU Load:
This program shows the current CPU load on Cisco routers. The CPU load for one or many routers can be shown at the same time. Yellow and red alarm thresholds can also be set. This allows routers with heavy CPU loads to be indicated in a different color. The CPU load for each router is gathered via SNMP.
Cisco GetPass:
A very useful program courtesy of Boson Software that will allow you to decode Type 7 passwords used in a Cisco Router.
DNS Resolver:
Forward and reverse DNS resolver for Windows. After resolving the DNS, this Solar Winds tool will also check to see if the resolved IP address is active.
Enhanced Ping Utility:
This is the old familiar PING utility totally reworked. This version provides a real-time graph of response time and packet loss. You can even export the chart for use in your favorite word processor. This program has two methods of PINGing a remote host. 1) PING once or 2) PING continuously.
IP Network Browser:
This program can scan an IP subnet and show what devices are responding on that subnet. Each of the responding devices are then queried via SNMP. More details about each device can then be displayed also. For example: for Cisco routers, details about each interface, Frame Relay DLCIs, IOS levels, flash memory, hub ports (if it has an integrated hub), installed cards, routes, ARP table, and other details about the router can be displayed.
IP Subnetter:
A free utility from Boson Software that calculates TCP/IP subnets, masks, etc

SNMP Tools (click title to d/l)

GetIf

A small FreeWare utility, that can help you to ask SNMP devices as routers, switches, servers, and make usual job on IP hosts (lookup, ping, traceroute). Having used this utility in the past we have found it to be excellent and extremely useful. This version has some great graphing features! Take a close look at the tabs in the picture to the right at the features it has available for use. It runs on Windows 95/98/NT machines.

MG-Soft Professional MIB Browser

MG-SOFT MIB Browser Professional Edition, with MIB Compiler is a SNMP MIB Browser running on Microsoft's 32-bit operating systems (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT). MIB Browser lets you monitor and manage any SNMP device on the network (i.e. file or database servers, routers, hubs, switches, bridges,...) by using the standard SNMPv1, SNMPv2c, and SNMPv3 protocols.

MIB Browser allows you performing the SNMP GET, SNMP GETNEXT, SNMP GETBULK and SNMP SET operations. Besides, the software lets you capture SNMP TRAP packets sent from arbitrary SNMP devices on the network. The MIB Browser can monitor several SNMP devices simultaneously and contains features like SNMP Table viewer, logging capabilities, real-time graphical presentation of queried numerical values etc.

NOTE: you will also need to load the MIBS, click here to get Cisco's MIBs, or you can get the MIBs by RFC and various Non-Standard MIBs
