created. My Account features include the ability to: |

Retrieve
a lost User Name or Password
Retrieving a lost User Name or Password is very easy and secure. If you
cannot access your account, go to the Forgot
User Name or Password Section in My Account and enter your email address
(please make sure this email address is the same one you signed up with).
If your email address matches your account records, an automated reply will
be sent to you with your User Name and Password. Please make sure you store
this email in a secure area where you will be able to retrieve it.
Change your User Name and/or Password
To access this area you must first Logon
and then go to My Account, Change User
Name and/or Password. This area will walk you through changing needed
information. An automated email from CCPrep.com will be sent to you with the
updates. Please store this email in a secure area where you will be able to
retrieve it.
Edit Personal Profile
It's easy if you need to change your profile (you move, change addresses,
etc.). Make sure your Logged On and go
to My Account, Edit Personal Profile.
Any material that is changed will be sent to you in an automated email.
View Account History
Like the above areas, you must Logon to CCPrep.com first. Once logged on,
this area allows you to see what on-line services you have ordered, when
they activate and/or expire, as well as how much they cost. You can also
print out an invoice if needed.
