460-0214. If calling, please provide the following
information.
- Your Name, email
address and phone number including area code and extension number
is applicable.
- The type of
operating system you are using.
(Windows 95, 98, 2000, Windows NT, Macintosh, etc.)
- What type of
Internet browser you are using and the version number (Microsoft
Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.)
- The time the
problem happened.
- If you are
connecting to the Internet through a network or not.
- If you are
connecting through a modem, and if so, what speeds are you
connecting.
- What problems you
are experiencing. If there are any error messages, please give us
details of what they say.
